planning for the second COACHE cycle.

Survey distributed to full-time faculty
in February; Office of the Provost
provides incentive to encourage responses
in the form of professional development funds. Survey closes in April.

The Office of Faculty Affairs,
Office of Institutional Effectiveness
and the Office of the Provost go to the
Harvard GSE to receive university-level
results and to consult with COACHE staff.

University shares the results with
the Georgia State community.

Georgia State receives unit-level (college/school/institute) results from Harvard GSE.

Administrators begin to formulate
action plans to address the findings
of COACHE II.

University-level action plan
published; implementation
process begins.

Unit-level action plans
published; implementation
process begins.

University and units publish wrap-up
action plan reports with information about
what activities took place to implement
the action plan items. Administration consults with Harvard GSE.
