The Path Forward 2024 is the university’s action plan in response to the results and analysis from Georgia State’s second Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) faculty job satisfaction survey.
Recordings of the October 2023 town hall presentations on the results from the second COACHE survey are now available.
The faculty survey for COACHE II has concluded, and the response rates have been published to the COACHE website at the Office of the Provost’s digital presence. The unit with the highest overall response rate also received a special incentive. Click the story link to learn more.
Because COACHE is an iterative process, following the implementation of an action plan based on the 2019-2022 cycle, the university is beginning another three-year venture of measurement, evaluation, action and assessment with a new survey.
COACHE, affiliated with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is an iterative process. Now, Georgia State begins the cycle again. To kick off the new round of COACHE, the university will hold a virtual town hall on Wednesday, Feb. 1.
